Chromebooks are a wonderful resource that make technology skills and the Internet more accessible. With 3 Chromebooks, our students will have quick and simple access to the online resources right in the classroom. The Chromebooks will help enrich the education of a diverse population of learners in the classroom. We would quickly and easily get access to educational math and language arts websites and other resources like keyboarding skills, research sites, etc. Access to computers would allow for the children to interact with software that provides practice of the skills each individual is working on. It allows for project based learning in small groups from which students with various learning needs greatly benefit. Computers in the classroom would not replace children's experience with objects and materials but they will expand the range of tools with which children can seek information, solve problems and learn at their own pace.
