My students need an updated classroom library with exciting and high interest choices that get them reading and keep them looking for that next great book. They need a classroom library that they can borrow from so that they can be excited about reading independently at home, as well. Our current classroom library is made up mostly of older books that have been read and enjoyed thoroughly, and it shows. So many books have been taped and laminated, but are now beyond repair. We will cover the new books and take good care of them to make them last as long or longer than the old ones did. Thank you!
