My students are 7th grade scientists in North Carolina. Our school has rich cultural diversity and is home to many english language learners. We have a very diverse population of students with varying levels of ability. Many students come from low-socioeconomic backgrounds and therefore are limited in the monetary support that is able to be provided for their education.
