This is my 5th year teaching. I teach at a Charter School in SC. We have a very wide variety of students in our classes. We have students come from several neighboring districts to our school. People choose to attend a charter school for many reasons. One is that are students get more freedom to explore and learn based on their interests. My students are 5 and 6 years old and very eager to learn! They are free spirited and excited about beginning their journeys! Because we are a charter school, we receive very limited funding from the state. This means our technology funds are limited. Most districts around us have technology for each class, or even each student. Our school does not have any tablets.
