Just imagine sitting in a hard chair for more than 10 minutes while in a meeting. If you are like me, I begin to feel the need to move as I am getting uncomfortable and start to loose focus. This is what most students go through every day. Even though I provide them with many choices as to where to do their work and brain breaks for the social and emotional health, they still need to be able to “wiggle “ especially coming from a year of distance learning. It is important for them to realize how they can take care of their social and emotional health with guidance while providing my students with these wiggle seats, it will help them to be able to move and squirm while continuing to do their best on their assigned task whether in their seat, on the floor or in small groups throughout the day. I look forward to helping my little stars continue to have the tools to shine brighter day after day. You too can help them to wiggle their way to success and be the bright shining stars they are meant to be. Thank you!
