I provide my students with a flexible seating atmosphere to allow for more peer to peer collaboration. In my classroom we use community supplies. The use of community supplies will teach my students how to share and cooperate. The storage items that will house our community supplies will be placed in the flexible spaces in my classroom. In a flexible environment, storage and organization are essential. Funding this project with items like a leather storage ottoman will provide my students with seating and durable storage solutions that will keep them organized and always prepared with the tools needed to learn. We will use the storage baskets and tin caddies to house writing utensils and classroom supplies the students will need during the school day. My students will become more responsible and considerate young citizens as they learn the value of taking care of community supplies.
