Currently, I teach second grade. I have been teaching for 7 years and was at risk losing my job last year. My school is located in an area that is a low socioeconomic status and more than 60% of the students at my school qualifies for free lunch. About 80% of the students are English Language Learners. I have been teaching for five years and have provided a lot for my students. There are three autistic classes that was recently put together at my school. I try to provide what is best for students, but many times it comes out of my own pocket.
