I currently use alternative seating (yoga balls and cube seats) in my classroom and am amazed at the change I've seen in the behavior and focus of many of my students. In the past, I've had students who had difficulty sitting in a chair and it was a constant battle making sure that they keep all four legs on the floor. Those same students would find any excuse to be out of their seats. With your generous donation I would be able to offer more choices of alternative seating. This would greatly help to reduce behavior issues, improve focus, and increase learning time.
