The pressures my students face every day to succeed, to make their future better than the present, creates a determination that is hard to break. That's why we have this saying within our class family - Pressure creates diamonds. Pressure creates diamonds and each member of our class family has the chance to shine like diamonds. My students have the chance to become the leading forces in their communities of Avondale, Bridge City, Marrero, Westwego, and Waggaman. In the New Orleans area, it takes a village to raise and nature a child, to steer that child clear from the dangers that surround them. By donating your time and money, you are part of our village - myself and the future leaders of our community depend on you.
