Throughout the day, 97 fifth-grade students rotate into my room for science instruction. In Room 332, my students and I are a community of learners. Each day, we strive to better understand our world, make positive choices, and cultivate the idea of growth mindset. My kiddos love books, even though most of them are reading far below grade-level. They also get excited about hands-on- learning and working together to solve STEM challenges. Many of these eager students come from homes where resources are limited. On top of that, CPS continues to make budget cuts. Your support is greatly appreciated.
