I have the pleasure of teaching 62 enthusiastic 4th graders. Many of the students at our Title 1 school come from backgrounds of poverty and financial struggle. Over 75% of our school's population is on free and reduced lunch. Yet still, many of our students have managed to overcome their circumstances and rise to the challenge of being hardworking students. Even in the new age of technological innovation, many of our students do not have access to technology on a daily basis, except for in the classroom.

About my class
