We have many easel pads in class but they keep breaking because we don't have an easel. This is a great way to get student involved in collaborating away from technology in the classroom. I can stand in front and collect their ideas and write them down but save them as we come back to the ideas through stories, grids to come back to for math and projects for History and Science. I am trying to blend technology and no technology in the classroom and this is a great way to do that. I want to encourage all students to participate in whatever way they are comfortable while still learning.
