The classroom I am privileged to teach in is filled with 6th, 7th and 8th graders coming from many different backgrounds. We are a school of about 900 students in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Many of the families and students in our district are on a free/reduced lunch plan and 60% of the students in our district are considered low-income. I strive to provide my students with a well-rounded choral education with minimal funds for resources. My students have a love for music, and I am so happy that I get to give them the opportunity to learn.
