Hello! I really need your help bringing technology, supplies and real-world experiences into my classroom. I'm a NBCT teaching and mentoring kids in AP Chemistry and Honors Astrochemistry: From Astronomy to Astrobiology at a high poverty, very large, urban high school. My kids are bright, hardworking and fun. Please help make their formative years as great as possible! :) Because Astrochemistry has never been taught in a HS setting before, I need help creating the curriculum so my kids receive the maximum understanding of this fascinating subject. BTW, during my first 5 years of teaching AP Chemistry, we expanded from 2 to 5 classes and my students' scores rose from 2.2 (37% pass rate) to 2.7 (48% pass rate) to 3.30 (80% pass rate) to 3.31 (81% pass rate) to 3.70 (88% pass rate). This year, my AP kids earned a 4.24 (96% pass rate). Your donations have made all of this possible. Thank you for being amazing!!! :)
