I teach about 55 third graders. My school is in a small district. We are the Bears. Our students are proud of their school. They don't have much but you wouldn't know it because our students try and work with what they have. They have plenty of Pride. Reading is a very important part of any classroom. I have some books to offer them, but we need more to serve the needs of my kids. We have set a goal for every student to be on third grade level or above by the end of the year. Our students are working hard to achieve this goal. My students are hard workers that love school and the adventures that come with it. They just love learning new things on a daily basis. My students are so interested in reading and being creative that I have to search for materials to keep up with them. I love this group of kids because being in a low poverty district does not stop them from wanting to learn. Go Timpson Bear
