I have 23 amazing, intelligent, sweet, outgoing, funny, and brilliant kids. I've never been married and I don't have any children of my own. But, these first four months of my first year of teaching, my students have become my kids. They've become apart of my heart. All 23 of my kids have their own personality. I have students who are quiet and shy and will express themselves through their artwork and writing. I have students who are bold and outgoing who love to share every part of their lives with you. I've learned that sometimes it's not about teaching all of the information. Someone once said that, "Teaching is about having an honest intellectual relationship with your students."
