Our current chairs are old, mismatched, and are not conducive to singing properly. Having these chairs, will aid in teaching proper posture, proper breathing, and many proper techniques in choral singing. Our choir room is just a typical classroom set up. I have done as much as I can to try and make it more in to a choir room feeling, however, we are missing something. These chairs would be a huge benefit to helping this feel more like a choir room for our students. Many of our students come from low income homes and do not have many nice things themselves. They love singing and I know they would be very proud to have these chairs in our room.
