My students enter the classroom every morning, ready and eager to learn. They are incredibly hard working and lovely people. They are truly diverse in age (3-6), race, socioeconomic background, and learning styles. This can present challenges but also creates wonderful opportunities. In my classroom, we learn together and from each other. My students may be the youngest in our school, but they have giant personalities and an incredible capacity to learn and take on challenges. I am so grateful to be a part of their introduction to formal education and to our wonderful public school.
