My students need access to a calculator to perform many of the higher math skills. Without a calculator it takes much longer for them to learn and complete work. When taking tests calculators are needed and last year I was only given 10 by the school to use in class sizes of 35+. This makes it unfair to those that don't have them to use during testing and most of my student's families cannot afford to purchase the graphing calculators. Any help you can give will me greatly appreciated by not only me, but especially by the students who get to utilize them.
