My students come from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds from around the globe. A number of my students are first or second generation Americans. A large percentage of my students come from Asia: China, Korea, Indonesia, and India to name a few. I also teach many Caucasian children as well as African African students. I teach in a large public school in California with an enrollment of over 1,000 students in grades K-5.
