Students will practice their public speaking skills, gain confidence and have fun while reporting on breaking news around the campus. To set up a great news studio, we are requesting funding for lighting and sound. This setup will expose the students to what it looks like in a real news studio. The girls will also get the experience of working with a green screen and the role it plays in a news cast. This will give our girls the opportunity to practice their confidence and public speaking skill. The newscast will be shown to all students on campus on a weekly basis.

About my class
