The sous vide equipment I need would allow me to teach the importance of perfect cooking through controlled water environments. Our students need to learn practical, advanced food preparation techniques. I have worked around the world in several renown hotel kitchens, including the Ritz Hotel and Sofitel Hotel in Paris, France. I want to share my expertise with my students so that they can be prepared to work internships and career advancements in some of the greatest professional kitchens. We are trying to update a 25 year old home economics classroom into a professional cooking lab for the twenty-first century. We can work in collaboration with the science department to teach the properties of water and heat combined and why it works so well. Please help us help our kids have a rare opportunity to learn on current equipment. Then come by our school and visit and taste. Observe the kids, they are amazing!
