I have the privilege of teaching twenty of the sweetest six and seven year-olds at Thunderbird Elementary. My students are very curious and excited to learn. One of my favorite things about my class is how well they work together and help each other out. They learn so much by talking and working through things with their peers. Our school is a Title 1 campus and 100% of our students qualify for free lunch. My goal each year is to make sure all of their basic needs are met so that they can thrive academically in the classroom I aim to have a variety of resources available to them. Technology, age-appropriate literature, and printable activities and resources are crucial to engaging my young scholars. Thank you for investing in my sweet first graders!
