My first grade class is in need of a full-color printer to support their Spanish learning. Please help make Spanish and English come to life in full color for these emerging bilingual first graders! Currently, our classroom is in need of more lessons with full-color visuals, big books in color, literacy activities in color, and Spanish images for our GLAD charts and posters. The goal of my project is to add more visuals into my classroom with the use of the printer to make Spanish more engaging and accessible to my first graders. My Spanish learners will be able to use the images and anchor them to vocabulary words they already know in their primary language, therefore supporting their learning in a fun and engaging way. This industrial grade printer will be housed in my classroom but shared with my first grade team to support all of our Spanish and English learners at our school. Thank you for supporting this upcoming generation of bilingual students and partaking in gifting these first graders with the gift of bilingualism. ¡Gracias!
