Having a storage cabinet in my classroom, will allow the scholars to focus on their work and lessons in a clutter free environment. At the moment all materials are either stored under the scholars desk or in boxes on the floor. My scholars are also, often without the proper writing utensils such as pencils to complete their work and colored pens to make corrections to their work or sketch graphs with distinct colors and having rulers will allow them to properly sketch graphs with precise lines. Having these items will allow scholars to complete their work in class with confidence and without worry. This closet will store books, writing supplies, paper, and other items that will be used directly by my scholars, on a daily basis.
