My students live in the city of Houston, TX, but come from all over the world. They bring a variety of culture and beauty! They love to learn to read and write every day! I work with students in 4th grade, teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies. We are located in a Title I school district where 60% of students are from low socioeconomic homes. Our student population is ethnically and culturally diverse, and about 72% of students are English Language Learners.
