I am a teacher at Leinkauf Elementary school, which is located in Mobile, Al. I have a total of 16 students in my classroom. My classroom is comprised of 11 boys and 5 girls. The students in my classroom areaall on the free lunch program and even receive bags snack bags for the weekend. My students come from diverse backgrounds whether a two parent household, single parent, and or live with their grandparents. I have always wanted my classroom to feel safe and homelly. My students and I are so close that we are a little "family". I believe in order to have students to be open and willing to learn they should be at their most comfortable position. I want my students to strive to be the best they can be and I want to be able to provide the best that I can for them.
