The students in my class may not have books at home and a parent to read with them daily. I would like to bring real world learning to their fingertips and help them think outside of the box with stories that can take them around the world. Exposure is critical for our second graders. With these books, our students will practice their reading fluency, discussing the given topics with their peers, and answering comprehension questions, all of which will help them prepare for their vital state assessment that they will be responsible for as third graders. Early literacy is the foundation for all children to be able to learn and communicate.

About my class
