I teach such fabulous fourth graders! They come from several different countries with various language needs and backgrounds. My students love learning! They are so excited to get their hands dirty with science and in our school garden! They love learning about history. They tell some pretty fabulous stories too! We do "Book Club", where students read novels in groups & discuss it and answer questions with their peers. (Thanks to a generous donor!) I hear a groan sweep across the room, when it's time to move on from Book Club. Kids love great literature! In fourth grade, learning to reading turns into reading to learn. Writing a paragraph turns into writing an essay. Thanks for showing an interest in my phenomenal class!
