Kindergarten students are still at an age where a lot of there learning is play-oriented. Daily Language Arts lessons in my classroom are conducted in small groups of 4-6 students that rotate to different stations/centers in the classroom while working on a different skill at each. My desire is to provide kindergarten students with high quality and engaging activities for literacy stations when school returns in the fall. When funded this project will give my students a variety of engaging activities for stations/centers at varying levels and the materials required.
