Scholastic is a well-known resource for teachers and students alike. For years now, I have used (and loved!) the same sample magazine that I received at an art educator's conference. I am very impressed with the quality of the content in this magazine, and I am hoping for a classroom set to use with my students this year! The Scholastic Magazine subscription that I am requesting will take the content of my art classes to the "next level" when it comes to having visual examples, examining art history, and reinforcing literacy school-wide! Additionally, this class-enriching resource will give me another outlet for grading my students, and show parents that we ARE doing important, core-subject related things in class!
