The cart I have requested will be instrumental in teaching reading and math lessons. In reading, it will hold our oversized books so that they are visible to all students, freeing my hands to track the text as we read together. In math, it will display magnetic manipulatives as we solve new and challenging problems. Having the pieces all stored within the whiteboard will free up more time for learning because we won't be searching for them. My classroom space is very small. Having a cart that can roll away when it isn't in use is vital to keeping spaces as open and accessible as possible.
