Hi! I'm a 1st grade collaborative teacher at Ed Cody Elementary. A Collaborative Teacher is a general education teacher who will have general education students mixed with the grade level Special Education students. Students may be autistic, learning disabled or have a physical impairment. I love teaching first grade, this grade students soar through 8 reading levels and set their fundamental skills for Math. Students at this age have such a thirst for learning and exploring and it's crucial to tap into that curiosity. I strive to create an environment for my students that allows them to learn and explore in a way that's distinctive to them. Every child is unique!
