They will be working on job skills such as stocking, pricing, and filling orders, as well as academic skills. The store will be open to the students during the week to buy drinks, snacks, and toys. We will make sure we are providing a wide variety of options that allow all of our students a chance to make purchases We ask for your support in helping us reach this goal by providing your child with a few dollars each week to purchase items from our store. This will also be a great opportunity for our older students a chance to practice their vocational skills. Our students will be using the 1.25" round gold foil thank you stickers to put on the bags used for purchases, this is a great skill to practice our occupational therapy lessons. The Sterilite storage boxes will be used to sort and store the items being sold in our school store. The Tot Tutors Kids' Toy Storage Organizers will be used to hold items being sold while the store is open. This will be good for our younger students to see items they will be able to purchase, as well as a great skill for our older students to sort items to be sold. Lastly, all of the coffee and tea products will be used for our students to run a coffee bar for our staff. In order to meet our goals and provide these opportunities to our students, we are counting on the generosity of our students’ families.
