The use of technology is almost a daily necessity in my art classroom. Students strive to draw and paint proportional imagery in art and incorporate the elements and principles of design into their artwork. Kindle Fire Tablets will be an invaluable resource for students to be able to look up reference photos online as well as fuel their creativity if they struggle with brainstorming initial projects. Kindle Fire Tablets will help my students become more literate in the technology world and give them exposure to current artists as as the famous master artists. Students will also have access to online portfolios, online critique message boards, be able to photograph the stages of their work and experience virtual tours of art museums.
