Having round tables in the classroom allows students to have the space they need to work while having a small group atmosphere. They are better able to collaborate during projects and group time when they are not crammed in too tightly with 7-8 students at one table. Group tables allow for a strong community to form in the classroom. This community bond among students leads to more positive interaction, higher motivation, and more engagement in their learning. The learning environment plays a critical role in student success and I want my students to have the best possible chance to achieve great things.
