We are located in the southwest part of Las Vegas and have a wide diversity among our student population. Canarelli Middle School earned a 5-Star rating with a score of 91.67 on the Nevada School Performance Framework and was recognized as a Nationally Distinguished Title I School for 2015-2016. As a 7th grade science teacher, we follow a NGSS curriculum complete with disciplinary core ideas, crosscutting concepts, as well as science and engineering practices. I teach two science classes, two accelerated science classes, and one CC science (co-consult, co-taught with a special education teacher).
