I teach creative and talented students in grades 9–12 at Suitland High School. My classes range from introductory courses, such as Art 1 and Introduction to Painting, to advanced courses such as AP Drawing, 2D Design, and 3D Design, where students have the opportunity to earn college credit. My classroom is a space where students explore new materials and techniques, develop their artistic skills, take creative risks, and discover their unique voices as artists. I strive to provide meaningful, hands-on experiences that encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence while preparing students for future opportunities in the arts and beyond.
