My students come from a wide variety of backgrounds. I currently cover 6 different schools and am in 9 separate classrooms. I have 16 students on my caseload with a wide range of abilities. Our students come from several cultural backgrounds and varying socioeconomic statuses. Currently, there are approximately 100 students in our center with skills varying from typically developing to children with special needs including hearing, communication, cognitive, motor, and social/emotional/behavioral impairments. I also serve several children who English is their second language. Approximately 80% of the students in our building receive free or reduced lunch.
