I teach math at a Title 1 high school in Florida. The classes I teach are designed mainly for students who have yet to pass the Algebra I EOC exam, which is a graduation requirement. My classes are very diverse in ethnicity and math aptitude. Some of my students are English Language learners who require additional support towards their academic success. The common thread in these classes is that students want to experience success.
