I’m so excited and hopeful for my project to be funded! My students will have expanded opportunities to explore STEM and literacy through these carefully selected materials. Wooden unit blocks are a staple in early childhood classrooms and I want my students to be able to experience planning and building with them. An organized Listening Literacy Center will help my students be able to more independently access a variety of books on CD and a diverse selection of music. Sensory beads will also be a welcomed change to the typical sensory table experiences in our class. I know the children will have fun and learn at the same time!
