Our class is a dynamic bunch. We are a group of 57 6th graders who share two teachers. The students come from diverse backgrounds and many different nationalities. We are comprised predominately of Vietnamese and Spanish speaking students/parents. Some of our students have hardships that they are burdened with in their personal lives, as well, and are learning to cope with them. Students are very bright and eager to learn and are not afraid of making mistakes because they understand that making mistakes is a step towards learning. Our classroom is setup in a way to help students thrive emotionally and educationally.

About my class
