My school is Title 1 and 100% free and reduced lunch. All our teachers go above and beyond to create a safe, fun and engaging environment for our bright learners to attend. Most of my students do not have books or any kind of learning activities at home, so I have to make their time with me rich in reading and inquiry! I would love to provide my students with more fun and hands on ways to learn in my room, with your help! Even though their situation isn't ideal, they are just as eager to learn as any student I have worked with. In whatever we are doing, I try to light a fire of being a forever learner in their hearts!
