Giving the opportunity to children to experience books in their authentic language is a great way for them explore new cultures, enrich their vocabulary and understand the amazing diversity of Latin America. This will be an fantastic experience for my students who are only starting to learn Spanish, as well as for all my students whose first language is Spanish and will get to experience authentic literature. I know they will all have a lot of fun sharing about this books with each other. Unfortunately, when a book has been translated it looses some of its essence. Getting this books is never an easy task. Books in Spanish are very hard to find.

About my class
