While many of my students have access to Chromebooks, it is difficult to provide ample instruction for them when my own computer is older than the students in my classroom. I cannot give timely feedback or show them how to use certain apps with the desktop hardwired computer that sometimes runs but sometimes doesn't. This mobile computer will allow for positive and timely feedback, collaboration around the classroom, and access to the latest educational apps for all of my students. It would virtually allow me to interact with students mid-lesson, as I would be able to move about the room with the tablet in hand and be able to hand it to them to practice before they attempt individual assessment. It would also allow me to take the classroom from the four walls to wherever class may be that day: an open area on campus, outdoors, or even off-campus for special activities.
