I work in a small school in a rural area. The school I work in is the only elementary school in my district. I am so prideful to work with a group of teachers that care about the education of all students. As a team of teachers we are working on individualizing education for all students. My school also has an excellent amount of parent support. They constantly provide support to the teachers and to the students. My students are bright, funny, and very excited to learn. My students brighten my day and I am always excited to hear their stories. They are very excited to share parts of their lives with me. The students also take a lot of pride in their school. They participate in sports and after-school activities.
