I am a bilingual teacher at a middle school on the southwest side of Chicago where 96% of the student body is Hispanic and 98% of the students are low income. All my students are English language learners and many of them are also diverse learners. They have limited access to the necessary supplies and technology that are needed to succeed in school. All of my donors choose projects allow me to provide my students with the resources they needed daily and the resources that I believe will help them with English language acquisition.
