Exercise Chair Balls have been proven to help students self calm during tests or anything that may be stressful in the classroom. This flexible seating option will help students to have a break from sitting in the regular standard chairs that are provided by the school. I have researched several articles that have shown success with these type of chairs. I have four periods that come to my class throughout the day. I want children to be excited about learning, especially reading. If I can provide several different seating options for my students I believe that this will also help stimulate their mind and prepare them for the lessons I am teaching.
