The students in my classroom have been brainstorming and researching ideas to start a business where they can earn money to utilize our kitchen in the classroom more often. The students would also like to sell buttons to sponsor a field trip once a year. This donation will help kickstart the Scooper Button Co. My students have found an opportunity to make and sell buttons for homecoming and other events throughout the school year. They are super excited for this new adventure! It will certainly help them to learn to interact with students outside of our classroom, learn essential life skills and help show pride in our school.
