These yoga mats will help students access Social and Emotional Standards. Students will use them in class. They will allow students to increase focus, awareness, and overall well-being resulting in higher academic achievement. Research shows that when we make the social and emotional needs of students a priority, academic success naturally increases. Students in this 2nd grade class are especially lucky because their teacher is a yoga instructor and has a wealth of knowledge to share!! Namaste, our friends.
